yes, you are very wise to lower your expectations comparing Crystal with Princess. We will be lowering our when we cruise NCL in two weeks.. but I expect to treat the staff with the same courtesy as we have done on any other cruise line.. But with your positive attitude you should have a great time..When two cruise lines are talked about as "equal"..your expectations are dashed and disappointed..but there is always a positive side ... YOUR CRUISING..
