It sounds like there are some wonderful things on the Oasis. At the same time, I find "listening" to both of you there are some things right now that would tick me off royally.
RCL is not the only company that does it, but I'm tired of the excuses they put out when there are faults where there shouldn't be. When the customer is paying full bore, there should be no excuses for kinks in the system. If they want to take the first few cruises or whatever their product is, to sort everything out, then the customer should pay accordingly.
Although we are talking about the Oasis here, so many companies do this with new products. I'm tired of it and I'm tired of the same sorry excuses.
