The "inside" balconies are indeed completely devoid of privacy. The worst are those highest up, and on the ends. I was literally just a few feet away from these while looking down at them from the pool deck. It was noteworthy that I rarely saw anyone on those balconies. I know I'd never consider one. Noise can be an issue too, especially on the Boardwalk with the incessant carousel organ music and smells from the Seafood Shack.
