I was recently found that Princess still does offer an "Ice Cream Package" it is Item #3000 - $17.50. Here is what it says.
"Enjoy ice cream? With the purchase of the Ice Cream Card, you can enjoy five Mega "Sundae Kreations" or ten Regular "Sundae Kreations," to be enjoyed throughout the cruise. Item #3000 - $17.50"
I found this in Princess Cruises Special Services Product Selection. Under culinary Delights. Hope it helps answer the original question.
