In a large bowl, place
8-10 ounces marshmallows(miniature preferred)
18 ounces chocolate chips
2 cups chopped nuts
1 T vanilla
In heavy saucepan low flame, bring to boil
4 1/2 cups white sugar
l large can evaporated milk
1/4 pound oleo or ever butter
1/2 t salt
Bring to boil and boil slow rolling for 15 minutes until curdly, stirring very frequently. Pour over first mixture until everything melts
Pour into two nine inch cake pans or large cookie pan with sides on top of wax paper. I also spray with Pam.
Put into refrigerator overnight. Loosen fudge, flip over and cut in squares. Keep cold for best results.
