I'm so sorry to hear that you missed your ship.....I also basically think, it isn't Royal Caribbean's fault. Next time use dates along with days, I always do and check documents and buy travel insurance. Unfortunately, you may never even try one of their ships, which would again, be your loss.

I certainly hope you can fit a cruise into your next time frame and have a wonderful time, let this be a learning lesson...Yea, it would of been nice if they just gave you another cruise, but it doesn't always work that way, best of luck next time.
