WHY were you thinking of removing the tip from the cabin steward if your room was cleaned twice a day?
If you are getting cheap cruises with NCL they have to make more money so they cut back on food quality, staff and other amenities
I sometimes never see my room steward but as long as the room is clean I do not care if I meet them or not.
I will see them in the hall & they do say hello I do not need to be best friends with them
