Here's a little early research on what to do in the ports. I sailed to these ports in March of last year and really enjoyed them.

This is a blast in Cabo. Mango Deck Cabo San Lucas Mexico It was one of the best beach days I've ever spent.

There's lots to do in Puerto Vallarta. We're there till 10 pm, so maybe some beach before heading to the Malecon and the free tequila tasting, shopping, great sunset views from the restaurants, and music. Puerto Vallarta Information

In Mazatlan we went to a beach that the cruise ship recommended and I can't remember the name of it! It was a resort beach and was a nice day. A lot of people go to Stone Island while they are here. Mazatlan Beaches: 10Best Beach Reviews
