exactly my point Donna...

I think it is fair that you have to book a home country agent IF the travel is in that home country...for example..I cant book Vaccations to Go for an Australian/New Zealand return cruise....but what if I am holidaying in Florida or Europe, do I have to contact an Aussie agent at home to book a last minute cruise? Under these biased rules - yes I do...

I have been given a list of Lines that dont impose discriminatory rules, and will be investigating these in future.

I just wish I owned a company that was so confident of their place in the market place that I could dictate such rules to the buying public..

but then again..all big business runs there operations on the premise that most are to complacent to vote with their feet!!

regards

Jules
