I frequently have trouble w/ CCL's website. I refuse to book through a website because there's just too much room for hearburn. Even talking
to a rude, indifferent, ignorant PVP gives you the option to hang up without multiple credit card charges - more than once I've let them know I preferred to deal w/ someone who enjoyed their job and asked to be transferred to their supervisor for booking.
I've also given up on most PVP's being helpful. At CCL, anyway (don't flame me, it's just my experience) - I make sure I've done my homework and let them verify that what I want to do is doable and correct.
Just take a deep breath and say "senor, uno mas cerveza por favor".
