I always tip the room Stewart an extra 20 on the first day and let him know
there will be more at the end if he takes good care of us.
I have always felt this got us service above and beyond the usual great service.
On recently reading the boards I have found out the crew has to turn in all tips to a pool.(which I did not know) I thought about this and considered changing my MO but will continue to do things as I always have.
