Hi Spectra, I'm surprised no one has answered you. The only thing I can suggest is that you check your settings under User CP.
Go to Settings and Options, Edit Options and you'll see an area to change your private message settings. I don't see anything about two messages, but it might be the last option? If that doesn't work I'd suggest you email Mike M. Click on his name (he often posts on the "Ask Cruisemates Staff" board) and you'll find his Contact Info. Good luck
