Sailing out of Galveston costs us less than sailing from the east or west coast.
We now cruise as much (or more) for the ship experience as the ports.
Food is so
We've never had "bad" food on any cruise, but the MDR food on NCL wasn't the best
. We liked the buffet better.
We liked the MDR and the Buffet on Princess. We've only done a "pay" restaurant once and it was very good, but we didn't feel it was worth the extra $$.
