The ship,the cruise line, the ports, the food, the entertainment, the itinerary etc....etc....Good food and service is very near the top of my list! We seldom eat out at home so the dining aspect of our vacations is very important.I'm not talking about gorging 24/7 - just good food prepared and served well. I can eat salad anytime.
