Have you been to Sitka?? Or on the water here? Humpbacks are seen and ship tours DO most certainly get to the same areas as any independent does. The difference here is the puffins which I already posted. It is close to 100% sightings of humpbacks on ALL boat tours out of Sitka. AND they all abide by the distance limitations.
