Laura, please let me know what the Carnival reps tell you. DH also sleeps with a CPAP, and we always travel with 2 extension cords and a power strip. He refuses to run the extension cord across the floor (tripping hazard), so he always goes up and over to the other side of the room -- his own personal feng shui. We will be sailing on the Splendor in August.
