Carnival Fantasy..Yes it goes to the bahamas FIRST..Then KEY WEST..THen back to Charlston....How does that apply? The last stop is a US port..Just curoius how that works with clearing customs a second time in a row? I figured customs would be cleared in KEY WEST, and since the ship doesnt stop in another port on way back the procedure would be quicker getting off.
