On our first cruise the peole next door were out on the balcony smoking pot. They didn't try to hide it at all and knew we were sitting out on our balcony as well. At one point the guy looked over at us and said"want some"?
We really didn't care and they never got out of hand and were pretty quiet. However we did hear alot of room servive at 2:00 am.
