Default Early saver price protection assurance

New to site and enjoy the boards. Not that new to cruise but haven't been in a while. I booked a carnival early saver with the price protecton. Today i noticed the price dropped on the carnival.com site for my booked cruise and I filled out and sent in the form. Later I found the Vacations to Go has the cruise listed for 20 dollars less than carnival listed price. Does anyone know if VTG price is a Carnival advertised fare. I included carnivals FAQ answer, but I'm not sure if the VTG will qualify. Thanks for any help.

What is a Carnival advertised fare?
A Carnival.com or Carnival advertised fare available to the general public. A Carnival advertised fare excludes group rates, membership programs, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered by Carnival to the general public, including but not limited to travel agent rebates.
