There is no dentist on board. The best they can do is give you a pain killer for a toothache and recommend a dentist in the next port if they know one.

When we were in Tahiti DH had a toothache. He was able to get antiboitics and pain killer. Dr onboard offered to send him to the dentist on land that they send crew to if necessary. He gratefully declined.
