I scoured the "page source" for this thread and found the link to your picture. It was missing the "pg" part of the file extension ".jpg", so you didn't quite copy the whole address of the picture.
I put the pg back in and what do you know?
I also have no idea where you are but the building in the middle back ground looks familiar?
