My wife and I did all we could. Juneau: Whale watching was great as we had a whale breach right in front of the boat, twice. Tram ride gave a great view especially of the ship (Golden Princess). Skagway: we loved the sled dog musher's camp where after a short ride we learned all about the gear they need for the Itidarod race. After lunch in town we rode a helicopter up the nearby ridges and it was exciting. Some in our group did the wildlife preserve tour and raved about it at length. Glacier Bay was stunning without leaving the ship. Ketchikan: the best native art was here and I wished I had more money to spend. We also did the floatplane through the Misty Fjiords and enjoyed a calm day and it was a full hour ride. Victoria: The Provincial Museum is one of the best in the world. You should go if you can. Some of my family took the horse drawn carraige tour and loved it.
