We were on the Mercury last Dec. When we disembarked and went to claim our luggage, there was a huge table set up with all the items that had been confiscated before boarding. It looked alike a yard sale
At least 2/3 of the items were irons AND steamers so I guess Celebrity is enforcing the rule.
