My wife and I are to celebrate our 10 year anniversary next July. Last week we spent our 9th thinking about finally taking a honeymoon. I was thrilled when I saw lead in pricing that was very affordable, then I read a little more and realized there's much more than the $359 price for a 7 day escape.
What's a realistic budget for a couple sans passport and travel to and fro port?
Any special ways you like to save? I figure a savings account that direct deposits 1/18th (we will probably cruise several months after our anniversary to take advantage of off-season pricing) of the anticipated final cost would be the easiest.
Last question...*If* you knew then what you know now, how would your first cruise be different?
