Discussion and 48-hour outlook------------------------------at 200 am AST...0600 UTC...the center of Tropical Storm Colin waslocated near latitude 29.1 north...longitude 66.5 west. Colin hasmoved little over the past couple of hours...but a motion towardtoward the north at around 9 mph...15 km/hr....is expected toresume this morning followed by a gradual turn toward thenorth-northeast later today. On the forecast track...the center ofColin is expected to pass over or near Bermuda tonight.
Maximum sustained winds remain near 45 mph...75 km/hr...with highergusts. Some strengthening is possible today.
Tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 125 miles...205 kmto the north and east of the center.
The estimated minimum central pressure is 1008 mb...29.77 inches.

Hazards affecting land----------------------wind...tropical storm force winds are expected to spread overBermuda later today.
