The thing that really hits home is when they not only disembark the ones who caused the problem but also everybody in the cabins they occupied plus any folks who hit back for self protection.

As someone said, you cannot buy behaviour or class, a jerk is a jerk and cruise companies as they increase the size of ships must beef up their security staff and put on the cruise contract in BOLD what will happen if you damage ships property, staff or fellow passengers.

I do not think the average crew member has been trained to handle people in a fight on confined quarters. Can you imagine the safety issue being on the high seas especailly at night.

People need to remember that manners and behaviour are taught not bought.
