On my last cruise I defused a fight between a drunk 20 something and fellow passengers. The guy accused some older man of taking his sign & sale card. Turned out the barmaid had it. I calmly talked with the guy until security arrived. The kid was upset that he broke up with his girlfriend before the cruise and just wanted to be wasted as he put it.
