On the forecast track...the center of Fiona is expectedto pass near or northeast of the northern Leeward Islands late onTuesday or early on Wednesday.
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph...65 km/hr...with highergusts. Some slow strengthening is forecast during the next 48hours.
