On theforecast track...the center of Fiona is expected to pass over orjust north of the northern Leeward Islands later this morning andafternoon.
Maximum sustained winds are near 40 mph...65 km/hr...with highergusts. Little change in strength is forecast during the next36 hours...with gradual weakening thereafter.
