Cake is out of the toaster oven and it is cooked to perfection.
It didnt burn which was what I feared due to the heat is produced by a broiler on top and bottom which can burn the top easily.
Since I cant eat it I snitched a tiny pieces off the bottom and gave to my son and he said it was delicious and very moist.
So now after it cools I will make the french vanilla mousse and fill it. Chill and then make the fudge frosting.
He is going to have to do a lot of dog walking to work off those calories
