I have all the applique work done I'm sewing the top together, after that I can put the layers together machine quilt and bind it. Quilts do take a while to put together. But I want to finish before vacation on Monday. I'm hoping to have it finish before c-sis' co-worker has her baby.
Well it sounds like you know what your doing.
I made one quilt years ago for my mom. Its so crooked its unbelievable.
But on the top I transferred old time family photos and then newer ones of grandkids and great grandkids for her so she loved it anyway.
Now i have it. But i swore never again!! Way too much work.
I sat on the floor tying off threads for hours
My rear end and back were never the same again
