LeCirque is a French restaurant run and owned by an Italian chef, Sirrio Maccioni, in Manhattan. It is way more expensive to eat there than on the ship, however, ship has very limited menu but uses the actual recipes from the restaurant.

edited to add this: they also have different breads that night and different wines as well.
Having said that, all the bread which was served (along with wines, champagnes, specialty coffees) were great every night in PG.
I will also add that they have added a different amuse bouche every night (they used to serve only the same one in the past every night), three different types of "designer salts" (try the black volcanic one in your baked potato--so good!) and three different types of butter (try the garlic one along with the black volcanic salt in your baked potato and you will think you died and went to heaven). After dinner with coffee, they serve you different types of truffles, which also change nightly (and are different than they were in the past as well).
Eat and enjoy!
