You really have three totally different cruise lines that you are looking at. Princess simply cannot compete with Crystal or Silversea when it comes to the quality of the food and service...or the quality of the ships. Enrichment programs, alternative dining, amenities, etc. It is not a criticism, but rather simply it is a different market.
Crystal is a great product, but unless you go with one of the upper suites, the cabins are small...IMHO too small for the price being paid in most instances. The food and service is top notch and it supplies all soft drinks as you desire in your cabin. I would definitely take the smaller cabin on Crystal rather than a suite on Princess. Crystal is that good.
Silversea is far more inclusive (though Crystal does give generous onboard credits), so your in suite bar includes the alcoholic drinks of your choice. The ships are smaller, so it is more intimate, but each cabin is a suite. However, you will probably find Silversea to be the most formal of the three options. On this line you really need to go ship by ship as there are marked differences between them.
