The Le Cirque menu sounded delicious to me. I love a well-cooked lobster and poached is my favorite - not too rubbery or chewy.
LeCirque is a famous New York restaurant, known more for its ongoing quality than any one chef. It is a family business that has been a NY institution for decades.
