At first I was not sure exactly what 'First time experience that was terrific '
you were wanting to know about.
Our first time was in August 2001 when we went on Celebrity's Infinity's Inaugural year's Alaska cruise.
Course I made two mistakes:
1) Booking a Balcony cabin, have never been able to convince my wife since than to have an Outside cabin so we can cruise more often.
2) As she is a Caribbean Island girl and I exposed her to some cool weather even though we live on Vancouver Island I booked a cruise in Niovember 2001 for Mexico.
