The most recent sailing with this itinerary went to Istanbul instead of Alexandria. We're trying to get more detailed info out of NCL but no luck so far.
There are 4 of us,and two are very slow movers, so we might be interested in sharing a private tour that would allow us to travel at our own pace and take a bit longer at the sights. Rome in particular would be a good city to share.
