I like Paul's advice,
Just call your CC company and request the purchase be cancelled with the stated reason as you did make numerous calls to the original store and manager.
I'd then advise the cruise line involved of your experience with copies to the ships destination shopper.
Credit Card companies offer this service and will watch out for this type of activity.
The best advice is to walk out with what you want or forget it as the next stop will have another similar shop.
