I realize that you wrote this several years ago, and that the most recent post is almost a year old, but I just wanted to drop you a note of thanks for taking the time and writing it in the first place, and to complement you on your ability to put yourself back into that place of a first time cruiser.
My wife and I are going on Conquest on July 10, on our very first cruise, and we were already so excited that we could hardly wait. After reading your first hand account, strolling the decks with you, going about the daily activities on the ship with you, and enjoying your company over dinner and drinks, I almost feel as if I have been on a cruise now.
Thanks, so much, from a newbie for all the great information, tips, and insight that will make our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.
It clearly shows that the time you spent writing this was obviously a labor of love, and you should be proud that even now, years later, it is helping us newbies that you were invited along with you on your cruise. Thanks a lot.
