Hi! We will soon be sailing to Costa Rica (Puerto Limon) and Panama (Colon) on Celebrity Millennium in May. Checking the CDC web site, it seems those countries present risk of getting Malaria. Should we be taking medication prior to going? Would the cruise line inform us if there were specific requirements? The CDC's web site seems to indicate the areas we'll be visit are safe but I am not sure. I would imagine spending a few hours in urban areas would not pose a great danger?
