Yes PLEASE!!! My last cruise was ruined. I spent the extra to have a balcony and the people in the cabin next door NEVER.... I swear.... left their cabin. They spent the entire cruise getting room service and sitting on the balcony smoking - which wafted straight into my cabin, of course. All night, even, I had to keep the balcony door closed - they never slept.
