I doubt that prosecutors will even try to indict the father and the brother on charges related to sexual abuse. At this point, Casey would not be a credible witness and any cooroborating evidence is probably long gone.
They certainly
can indict the parents for perjury, but only if they have proof that the parents made statements that they knew to be factually false under oath. That also might be too high of a bar.
