My daughter and SIL are going on a cruise for their anniversary.
Leaving out of New Orleans. This is new for us(them), we have always left from Galveston. Any suggestions about staying down town or is closer to the port better. ANY and All information is deeply appreciated. There will be 4 traveling togther. And of course, the young adults want to be down where the ACTION is. Thank you in advance.
They are on a tight budget, so an affordable, clean, cheap place is best.
