Hi there, the usual practice is for the excursion tickets to be waiting for your in your stateroom either on arrival, or the evening that the desk close bookings. The cost will be applied to your onboard account at the same time.

With the tickets you will normally receive assembly instructions, again these normally go along the lines of arriving in one of the entertainment lounges on board with all your family/friends/tickets/cameras/carry bags etc etc. You will each be given a sticky badge with the tour number on it & asked to take a seat.
When your coach/boat is ready, your number will be called & you will all leave as a group being escorted down to the vehicle wher you hand in your tickets & sit back for a great day out :o)
