Thanks Mike,
I know they have us over a barrel, but it doesn't seem quite fair when they can change times and flights and then lower the price by almost half and not pass any savings to the customer, but charge them $150 each to re-ticket, when they already changed us to those flights?? Not good customer service IMHO.
