I'm in good company with your Donna! Must be a Canadian thing. Seeing Quebec plates in an Ontario lot would not strike me as odd. IF I noticed, i'd just assume they hadn't changed their plates yet.
[and we call them plates here, not tags] ...tags, if anything, are the renewal stickers that go on your plates!
