As Princess could have accommodated you but they choice not to. I understand you were not requesting a refund but a re-schedule date. I too am disappointed to hear how they handled your situation. I am a loyal Cruiser and always have enjoyed many Princess cruises but every once in a while they forget the customer. Give them another chance.
