Those who have been scammed by this need to contact the US Postal Inspector's office since they are using the mail system it is part of their investigatory jurisdiction...meaning if they used the postal system to scam monies from you (theft) they have the jurisdiction, over the phone and using the computer is the US Secret Service’s Jurisdiction, but to be honest I would work with the postal inspectors office first…you will never see your money again, unless you used a major credit card, and they may help you if your within a certain time frame in refunding your money since you never received the “goods” you paid for with their card…
