Grand Cayman is Seven Mile Beach. If you go to the public part there is a place to change and you have a place to buy food and drinks and eat in the shade. I think you can rent floaties and stuff too, but I'm not sure as we didn't. There are cabs to take you to the beach and back. No probs.
