There is something really wrong with this. Did you get all your deposit back in cash (or on your cc) from the cancelled cruise? That should have happened. Are you not in the U.S. or Canada? When RCL or any of their companies cancel a cruise all monies are immediately refunded to the purchaser. This sounds like it didn't happen to you. You didn't recieve all your monies back??? That is so wrong.
I would suggest you call RCL yourself, ask for resolutions and find out what is going on. Do not tell them you have a new booking, just ask them what the coupons mean and why didn't you get all your money back in the first place.
There is just something really wrong here.
