The actions of RCI are so ring around the rosy, it's amazing. Sadly I would say a lawyer will cost you more then you would get.
My suggestion would be, go to the tv/radios stations, and, see if they have a consumer reporter, who gets the deals done! We have two in the Boston area that work magic..Bad publicity is something no company wants, but, you need to get what you had, back. Good luck.
